ParticipantCan I use sourdough starter to make steamed Cha Siu Bao? Where can I buy low gluten flour in Canada? I’ll be appreciated if anyone can provide me a successful steamed Cha Siu Bao recipe either in chinese or english. Thank you!

ParticipantToronto is too far for me. I could buy lots of Cha Siu Bao if I could afford the gasoline. Probably, I\’ll try the local chinese grocery store. Anyway, thank you so much!
