ParticipantAnyone has any good and recipe in preparing salmon? Preferrably not too fattening, have to watch my weight and cholestrol. I usually broiled my salmon with salt and pepper or pour cream of mushroom on top of it. But get bored of cooking the same way (I seldom frying over stove top, the whole house so smelly for long time after that) but with good recipe i will do it once in awhile. Thanks all!

ParticipantTry this: Use 1 piece of tin foil (tray like) and place salmon fillet in middle with chopped carrots and lots of sliced onion. Add certain amount of extra virgin olive oil (for me i use chunk of butter..hehe), teaspoon of minced garlic on top of the fillet, sprinkle 1-2 teaspoons of mixed herb (city super). place another tinfoil on top and fold the sides and make it like a pocket. place in oven for 20 mins (upper and lower) at 220C. after that remove cut open the upper tin foil, place 1-2 piece of cheese on top and return to oven for 10 mins (upper only) at 220C. There you should have a tasty dish. hope you like it.
