Participant雙皮奶
蛋白一杯,
全脂奶 1 1/4 杯
coffee cream 1/4 杯( 10 % butter fat or more ), 可用淡奶代替
糖 1/2 杯 or to taste
用料打勻, 小火燉 10 分鐘,用牙籤把在蛋面上的皮撥開,再燉 10 分便成.
可熱或凍食<hr>
