HELP！《gram和cup如何換算？》

我是身在美國的留學生，想在這裏參考從前買的點心食譜，但食譜中的份量單位大都是公克，現在手邊沒有秤只有量杯的我不曉得應該怎麼辦。
有沒有人可以告訴我大約一杯的麵粉等於多少克，一杯的糖是多少克呢？（從gram換成cup也行，只要能算得出來就好）或者告訴我各種基本材料的換算方法，謝謝！

In ancient China,
