芒果布甸材料:
芒果味唶哩粉2包,生雞蛋1隻,滾水2杯(1杯=8安士)冰水1杯,鮮奶1杯,芒果1個
做法:
雞蛋打成汁液, 加入唶哩粉內,攪勻, 沖入滾水, 攪勻, 加入冰水及鮮奶, 攪勻, 加入芒果肉, 入模後冷凍至凝固便可供食<hr>

. Mango Jello Powder 1 pack
2. Hot water 1 bowl (rice bowl)
3. Carnation Milk 1/2 bowl (rice bowl)
4. 1 eggSTepS:
1. dissolve the jello powder into the hot water
2. add egg (much better if u use a fork to mix with the jello water)
3. add carnation milk, then let it cools and put into the refrigerator.<hr>

粟粉五湯匙,
生粉兩茶匙,
吉士粉兩茶匙,
糖二十茶匙,
花奶一罐,
芒果粒一杯,
水(兩杯)。烹法: 燒紅鑊,把開好的粉倒入鑊內,攪勻加一杯
水伴成漿,倒起待凍後放入雪櫃內,結實後取
出上檯。<hr>

Participant芒果醬一罐 850 ml (Kesar mango pulp)
花奶一罐 385 ml (evaporated milk)
熱水三杯半
魚膠粉八茶匙 (gelatine)
糖適量
鮮芒果粒適量用熱水溶糖,魚膠粉。
加入芒果醬,花奶,攪勻。
倒入模內,加入鮮芒果粒。
雪凍大約五至拾小時。
