Participant馬鈴薯3個,紅蘿蔔1小條,小黃瓜1條,蘋果1個
洋火腿5片,雞蛋4個,沙律醬6大匙,鹽1/2小匙,胡椒粉1/4小匙
做法:
將馬鈴薯,紅蘿蔔洗淨外皮連同雞蛋冷水入鍋煮到熟爛取出剝去外皮分別切成小丁塊
小黃瓜,切小丁用少許抓拌醃約5分鐘用冷水漂過蘋果洗淨切小丁,洋火腿也切小丁
將所有材料放入大碗中拌入沙律醬,鹽,胡椒粉等拌勻即可 - December 11, 2000 at 11:02 am #82933

Participant薯仔最好先削皮切粒才煮,這樣會比較平均,不會一些薯仔熟到爛,一些還沒熟。這是我多年做沙律的經驗。

ParticipantI have a simple one to share :
Potato 3-4 pcs
Mixed fruit (Del-Monte) one small can
Salad Dressing (or Mayonaise or miracle whip)1. Peel the potato skin off, boil it until ready. Use the back of knife to mash it into small pieces. Add salt. Let it cool.
2. Mix the potato with Del Monte mixed fruits (without the syrup), black pepper and the salad dressing.
This recipe is simple but tasty, good to serve at Christmas party.
