  它是四川菜,台灣的川菜館有這一道菜,它是熱炒,材料好像有五香豆腐干,因為五香豆腐干是黑色的,把它切成碎丁狀,很像一顆顆的蒼蠅頭,加上蔥啊,蒜啊,辣椒快炒的家常四川菜.

  它好像不是四川菜喔是台菜，材料有韭菜，辣椒，肉，豆豉，豆干丁等。
  一起爆炒而成的。因豆豉黑黑的很像是蒼蠅頭而來的。非常的下飯
