  有次去台灣旅行,在士林夜市的街頭喝過一杯苦瓜汁
  味道不錯,回到香港想自己動手調製,
  請問有誰可指教一下呢?

  is it green or white one?
  i have tried the green one, coz i only find the green one in HK
  washthe the 苦瓜 and scratch out all the seed
  cut into pieces and put it into the juice extractor
  1 medium 苦瓜 is enough for one portion
  u can add some honey to taste
