芝士醬粉一包 ( cheese sauce mix can be obtain in super market sauce section brand with a “L” and “K” is ok)龍蝦身開7 件, 蝦頭 去腮開4件 蝦鉗打裂開 4 件
紅油鑊把龍炒到七成熟, 留用
芝士醬粉(cheese sauce mix)依指示開好,加入龍蝦回鑊炒熟,
龍蝦可以走油 instead of 炒熟.<hr>
