WEIGHT WATCHERS DROP DIET
Ingredients:
6 large green onions, 1-2 large cans tomatoes, 1 large cabbage, 2 green peppers,1 Bunch of celery (put in all of stalk) 1 pack of Lipton onion soup mix
Season with salt, paper, bay leaves if desire one can of chicken or beef bullion. I like to add 10-15 leave of bay leaves.
Cut vegetables in small to medium pieces and cover with water. Boil fast for ten minutes. Simmer and continue cooking until tender. This soup can be eaten anytime you are hungry. This soup WILL NOT ADD CALORIES. The more you eat the more you lose. If eaten alone for several days you will suffer MALNUTRITION. You must be very careful on this. Fill a thermos in the morning if you will be away all day.
DEFINITE NO-NO’S: NO BREAD, NO RICE, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, NO SWEETS, NO CARBONATED BEVERAGES-NOT EVEN TAB OR OTHER DIET DRINGS.STICK WITH WATER, UNSWEETENED TEA, BLACK COFFEE, UNSWEETENED JUICES, CARANBERRY JUICE AND SKIMMED MILK (ON THE DAY THIS ITEM IS ALLOWED)

DAY 1. All fruit EXCEPT BANANAS.
Your first day will consist of all the fruit you want except bananas. Cantaloupe and watermelon are low in calories than most fruit. Eat only your soup the first day. For drinks,-unsweetened tea, cranberry juice or water.DAY 2. All vegetables
Eat until you are stuffed with all fresh, raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. Try to eat green leafy vegetables and stay away from dried beans, peas and corn. Eat all the vegetables along with your soup. At dinner time on this day reward yourself with a baked potato with butter. DON’T EAT FRUIT.DAY 3. MIX DAY 1 & 2
Eat the soup, fruit and vegetables you want. You cannot have a bake potato this day.DAY 4. BANANAS & SKIM MILK
Eat as many as 8 bananas and as many glasses of skimmed milk as you can, along with soup. Bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates, and so is the milk. On this particular day of your diet, your body will need potassium, carbohydrates, proteins and calcium lessens your cravings for sweets.
Day 5. BEEF AND TOMATOES
You may have 10-20 ounces of beef and a can of tomatoes. Or as many as six fresh tomatoes on this day. Try to drink 6-8 glass of water to wash away the uric acids in your body. Eat your soup at least once.DAY 6. BEFF AND VEGETABLES
Eat to your hearts content – beef and vegetables this day. You can have 2-3 steaks if you like with green leafy vegetables. NO BAKED POTATOES. Be sure to eat your soup at least once today.
DAY 7. BROWN RICE, UNSWETTENED JUICES AND VEGETBALES.
Again – stuff, stuff, stuff yourself. Be sure to eat your soup at least once.At the end of the seventh day, if you not cheated, you will find you have lost 10 –17 pounds.
If you have lost more than 15 pounds, stay off the diet for two days before resuming the diet again beginning with DAY 1.
This seven-day diet-eating plan can be used as often as you like. As a matter of fact, correctly followed it will cleanse your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well being as never before.
After only day of this process, you will begin to feel lighter by at least 10 and possibly 17 pounds, and have an abundance of energy. Continue this plan as long as you wish to feel the difference
This diet is a fast, fat burning diet, and the secret is than you will burn more calories than you taken in. this diet does not lend itself to drink any alcoholic beverages, because of the removal of fat build-up in your system. Go off the diet for at least 24 hours before any intake of alcohol.
Any prescribed medication will not hurt you on this diet. Continue this plan as you wish. If you prefer you can substitute boiled fish or broiled or baked chicken (absolutely NO SKIN) on ONLY ONE of the beef day. YOU NEED HIGH PROTEIN IN THE OTHER BEEF DAY.<hr>

不喝氣水﹐很熱很想喝氣水時飲有氣的水e.g.Perrier water.
隔一天運動一次﹐由每次20分鐘開始﹐每3個禮拜後加到30﹐40﹐50分鐘。
慢跑最好。睡前4小時不再吃東西。
e.g.早﹕牛奶麥皮﹐蕉。 早﹕湯河﹐蘋果。
午﹕油菜免油﹐粥。 午﹕芝士蕃茄牛油果生菜三文治﹐豆槳。
晚﹕飯﹐菜﹐肉。 晚﹕壽司。
分量自己算﹐加起來不能超過1600卡。
如果和朋友去飲茶﹐只吃三件點心﹐叫一杯滾水﹐把點心全浸冼一下﹐
然後叫兩碟油菜食(也要洗下D油)。
目標是一個月減一磅。

Participant當然不可以喇,這個是消脂湯來的,是主菜,能加快熱量的消耗,食譜只是附件,是為平衡身體的每天所需營養和幫助消化新陳代謝而設的。

Participant減肥期間更要讓自己吃得舒服,不要太勉強抑制食慾,只要注意攝取的熱量就可以了。
一天1600大卡的餐食,能在一個月內使體重減輕2公斤
上班族平均一天的卡路里攝取量大約是2000大卡,家庭主婦則大約在1800大卡左右,而在減肥期間若將熱量減低至1600大卡,可說是既健康又毫不勉強的減肥方法。會這麼說是因為一公斤的身體脂肪相當於7000大卡的熱量,而本來一天攝取2000大卡的人降至1600大卡的話,一天便能降低400大卡的熱量,一個月下來便能減少12000大卡,也就是相當於1.5至2公斤的體脂肪了。
要實施1600大卡的餐食是需要營養學常識的配合,如果能將卡路里手冊帶在身邊並隨時翻閱,有關食品的熱量自然而然地便能牢記在心了。配合自己的生活形態,準備能了解外食、點心類等熱量的手冊也是相當有效的。
雖然說是正在減肥,但是如果不能吃得美味、吃得滿足,是無法長時間持續的。因此我們的建議便是低卡路里的料理,一餐至少要食用一道,這麼一來不但有份量上的飽足感,還能滿足食慾也降低卡路里。特別對於在晚餐時因為菜餚種類過少便無法在精神上獲得滿足的人而言是最理想的了。
低卡路里的代表性食品有蒟蒻、海藻類、蕈菇類等,這些食品吃起來也幾乎沒有熱量,因此可以積極地攝食。在適合自己而且美味的調理方法上下工夫,並增加知識的寶庫的話,即使是在減肥期間也可以快樂地進餐。

Participant曾經有數十位比利時婦女服用某種中藥複方減肥後,得了腎臟衰竭的病,行政院衛生署官員適時勸大家應多藉運動來減肥,而不要盲目使用減肥藥減肥。其實,在節食、運動和減肥藥三種減肥法中,運動減肥的學問最大、難度高、也最不容易有成效。
「美國醫學會」指出,光靠運動頗難造成熱量的出超,故不容易減肥。吃一客漢堡所吸收的熱量(約三百卡),必須走一小時的路或臺大運動場慢跑十二圈(半小時) 才能把它燒完,這是運動減肥的難處。更何況運動後胃口大開,輸入的食物熱量一不小心就會超過辛苦運動時燒掉的熱量,因此,很多人運動後體重不減反增。運動必須配合節食,才能有效燃燒體內多餘的脂肪,減肥也才會有效;但只憑節食就能有效減肥。節食減肥的最初二週,體重下降得最快,但節食越久,減去的體重會越來越少。節食減肥滿六個月後,人體的基礎代謝率(指細胞的工作效率) 會滑落四成,人體內脂肪燒得越來越慢,體重越來越難下降。人類到了中年開始老化後,也是由於基礎代謝率變慢,才使脂肪在體內堆積而長胖;經常運動的人在停止運動後,也是基礎代謝率變慢而積肥長胖。
運動能提高基礎代謝率,使體內脂肪迅速燃燒,每次運動後,人體基礎代謝率升高的時間可持續二十四小時,故二天運動一次(或每週運動三次),每次半小時以上,使身體燒掉三百卡以上的熱能,就能使人體的基礎代謝率不至減緩,此時又一面節食,人體內多餘的脂肪才能有效燃燒掉。
如每次運動只十五分鐘,則燒掉的是醣類,燒不掉脂肪;運動半小時後,才會開始燃燒較多的脂肪,每次運動的時間越久,燒掉的脂肪越多,這是因為連續性運動的主要能源是脂肪而不是醣類。相反的,瞬時爆發性運動(例如舉重、拉桿和百米賽跑)的能源是醣類而不是脂肪,故這類運動對減肥無益。
