碎朱肉 1 lb, 熟筍粒 1/2杯 ,蔥末 1 tbsp , 雲吞皮適量
調味料:
鹽 1/2 tsp , 糖 1 tsp , 酒 1 tbsp , 胡椒粉少許
水 1 tbsp , 麻油 1/2 tbsp , 粟粉 1 tbsp將碎朱肉熟筍蔥末拌入調味料向同一方向攪拌成膠
用雲吞皮包上餡料用手捏成燒賣形放入蒸籠大火蒸 6~10分鐘<hr>
