Participant材料:
粟米粒12oz、cream style corn one can(14OZ)、蒜頭片1 tbsp、紅蘿蔔粒 1 CUP、洋蔥粒1/2 CUP、西芹粒1/2 CUP、白麵包2片、牛油(butter) 3oz、half and half cream 2 cup、清雞湯2 can + 2 cans water、鹽少許、白胡椒粉少許
做法:
1. 將牛油放入鍋中加熱,再放蒜片、洋蔥慢火炒香即可
2. 紅蘿蔔、西芹、栗米粒、cream style corn及雞湯加入鍋中煮約半小時
3. 白麵包撕成小塊放入鍋中同煮
4. 湯放冷後再用food processor打碎,濾去渣
5. 重新將湯加熱,並加入half and half cream,快速攪拌
6. 最後加入白胡椒、鹽調味即可如果要加酥皮.去super marker 買包酥皮(Puff Pastry Sheet )蓋在湯碗上入焗爐焗到酥皮金王色.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
1 large onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2 (10 ounce) package frozen corn kernels, thawed
1-1/2 cups dry potato flakes
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
3 cups water
2 cups milk
1 cup half-and-half
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheeseDirections:
1. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium high heat. Cook onion, red and green bell peppers, and carrots until tender.
2. Stir in thawed corn, potato flakes, salt, ground peppers, and 3 cups water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Stir in milk and half and half. Warm only. Do not boil. Serve sprinkled with grated cheese.10 serving
