雀巢做法
先將雲吞皮用2個打邊爐用的 ladle 夾住
炸一會 留用Tuner 魚沙律
Tuner 魚 or 三文魚 one can
青瓜一條
萍果一個
古月粉小小
Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing 5 tablespoon
做法:
青瓜 萍果 去皮及 seeds, and cut in to small cubes.
Tuner 魚 mix with Mayonnaise and古月粉
加入 青瓜 萍果 mix 勻 and that is it …You can use any fruit or vegetable instead…

Answer from企理
先將500克雞蛋用清水洗凈,放入水鍋中煮制八成熟撈出放入冷水中浸泡一會,將蛋殼敲破。放入鍋中,加水(以沒過蛋為準)、100克醬油、一小匙茶葉、半匙鹽、3瓣大料、一小匙白糖,煮開后改用小火煮20分鐘即可。做過的五香茶葉蛋鹵汁,下次還可繼續使用, 但要適當再加些調料,防止口味變淡

Makes 1 cup
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 cup milk
pinch of grated nutmeg salt and white pepperMelt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat. When form has subsided. Stir in flour to make a roux and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes. Heat milk in a separate saucepan until hot DO NOT BOIL. Off the heat, stir a little of the hot milk into the roux. Gradually stir in the remaining milk until sauce is smooth. Return to medium heat, bring to boil. Cook 1 minute stirring constantly. Remove from heat add nutmeg and pepper.
Stir fry rice with egg. Cook sea food, with white sauce place all the stuff s on top of rice. ( optional) sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Prep time 15 minutes. Baking time 15 minutes.Microwave: baking potatoes until tender.
Scope out potatoes centers leaving 1/4-inch shell
Mash potato centers [scope out] with milk, Add cooked chopped broccoli, chopped green onion and grated Cheddar [old or mild] Cheese
Bake at 375 degree F for 15 minutes or until potato is heated through.
Add Sour cream, and sprinkle with additional grated cheddar cheese before severing
It is best to eat with the skin too..

材料:
鮮蝦肉八兩
生菜二片
紅椒四隻調味料:
鹽1/2茶匙
糖1/6茶匙
胡椒粉少許
生粉一湯匙
雞蛋白一隻粉漿料:
雞蛋白一隻加生粉一湯匙拌勻酸甜汁料:
紅指天椒(切碎) 半隻
蒜茸一茶匙 1
洋醋1 1/2茶匙
番茄汁一湯匙
砂糖一湯匙
鹽1/6 茶匙
生粉1/2 茶匙*將以上各材料混合,慢火煮滾。
做法:
1. 蝦肉去腸,用鹽,生粉洗乾淨,放水喉下沖水十五分鐘,瀝乾及抹乾水分。用刀拍爛蝦肉,以刀背剁成茸,加入調味料,攪拌至起膠,放入雪櫃一小時。2. 手蘸粉漿,取適量蝦膠,做成小圓餅,黏上少許生粉,放回雪櫃一小時或一夜。將蝦餅放熱油中炸至金黃色,排在生菜上面,蘸酸甜汁料享用。
