甜酒香蕉
香蕉 2-4 隻 [香蕉最好用比較生的]
牛油 2 oz
糖約二湯更 [糖粉最好]
甜酒, Bailey Irish Cream or. Tia Maria, or Coganc 少許
香蕉 去皮整隻或切成二段
洒上小許乾粉
用平底鑊煮溶牛油放下香蕉
慢火煎到微黃
洒入糖 至糖溶

雀巢做法
先將雲吞皮用2個打邊爐用的 ladle 夾住
炸一會 留用Tuner 魚沙律
Tuner 魚 or 三文魚 one can
青瓜一條
萍果一個
古月粉小小
Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing 5 tablespoon
做法:
青瓜 萍果 去皮及 seeds, and cut in to small cubes.
Tuner 魚 mix with Mayonnaise and古月粉
加入 青瓜 萍果 mix 勻 and that is it …You can use any fruit or vegetable instead…
將Tuner 魚沙律放入雀巢裡 and that is it…

材料：
鮮菠蘿 1隻
子薑 50克
蝦 200克
青椒（小） 1隻
冬菇 4隻
叉燒 50克
蛋 1隻
蔥 1棵
油 3-4湯匙
冷飯 250克
調味料：
鹽 1茶匙
生抽 1茶匙
胡椒粉 少許製法：
1. 菠蘿直切去三份之一，挖出菠蘿肉。將250克菠蘿肉用鹽水洗淨，瀝乾水份。
2. 冬菇浸軟，青椒去籽，子薑去皮，全部洗淨後切粒。
3. 菠蘿、叉燒及蔥切粒。
4. 蝦去殼及腸浸鹽水 20 分鐘，洗淨，抹乾。雞蛋打勻。
5. 燒油2湯匙，將蝦炒熟，盛起。將冬菇、子薑及菠蘿炒乾，加入叉燒及青椒，盛起。
6. 燒油2湯匙，將白飯炒熱，加蛋汁及調味料，炒勻，再加入其他材料拌勻，用菠蘿殼盛起。<hr>
