Participant海鮮卷
材料:鮮蝦肉100g,帶子肉100g,蚧肉50克,威化紙。
配料:磨菇、洋蔥碎、蒜茸粉。
調味:沙律醬
做法:
海鮮用油、鹽、姜水拖熟,過冷河吸干水,放入冰箱雪二個小時。
炒香配料待冷后和海鮮及沙律醬調均。
用威化紙包好,上脆漿用油炸至金黃便成。
注意:
