POTATO OR 通心粉cook and drained…cool down..( UP TO 75%OF YOUR TOTAL), CARROT, EGG,蝦,煮熟, CUT INTO SMALL CHUNKS ADD 午餐肉,bib pork OTHER COOKED MEAT ( OR NO MEAT AS YOU LIKE) ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE MIX ALL THE STUFF,WITH MAYONNAISE UNTIL ALL THE STUFF ARE MOST. ADD SOME DICED APPLE FOR MORE TASTE. CUT EGG SLICE AND BUTTERFLY CUT 蝦OR 北極貝ON TOP OF THE SALAD AND THAT IS IT. You can use fruit (melons) instead of potato and carrot.
