Participant蛋不能打發只要輕輕拌勻即可還有火不能開太大

Participant三色蛋
材料:蛋4個,皮蛋及鹹蛋各2個,水1大匙
做法:皮蛋先用冷水開始煮約10-15分鐘取出去殼切小片,鹹蛋也切小丁
將蛋打散加入皮蛋及鹹蛋丁及水1大匙拌勻
倒入便當盒或其它模型中(先抹上少許油再墊
上保鮮膜,蒸好時方便取出)保鮮膜可以稍大一點這樣一摺就可直接將蛋液表面蓋住,放入蒸鍋(鍋蓋要適合啦)中火蒸約20-25分鐘取出放涼<hr>
