海綿蛋糕

跟足食譜的份量同埋步驟整,但點解就硬係焗唔起個蛋糕???我覺得唯一最有可能會唔會係雞蛋打得唔夠挺身?點先夠挺身??

有可能係你加粉入蛋糊之後,拌攪混和的時間太長,力度唔夠平均,令空氣都消了,蛋糕自然會焗唔起.....

係呀,我係攪拌好耐,因為有麵粉粒嘛,咁點樣加粉先唔需要攪太耐而令空氣冇哂?

麵粉篩多迴兩三次咪會幼細d lor,last一次可以直接篩落d蛋糊度慳番d時間,攪拌ge時候一定要細細力慢慢翻拌攪勻,仲要記得順住一個方向bor。

need to beat the egg white first until it stand still, than beat the egg yolk until to light yellow color (some people even didn't use egg yolk) blend egg white and egg yolk together(light but quick) last add flour. After you add flour,don't blend too long
