pork, Minced
how to make the minced pork softer? add corn flour? pls help me...thanks

to make it soft. please add oil , corn flavour , (TASTE) and do not preserve with salt more than 30 mins.
ATTENTION , you must put it to keep room temperature for half to an half a hour . thank you .
